TCPA Compliance Attorneys

Hello everyone,

I am looking for independent contractor attorneys for my new mobile app and service designed to collect evidence and help consumers initiate demand letters and settlement proceedings against companies that violate the TCPA. Right now, I am focused on development and ensuring compliance on the platform.

The service will capture incoming spam calls, text messages, and voicemails from alleged violators, then skip-trace and identify the originating company information to provide to participating attorneys.

I’m interested in hearing whether this is something attorneys or legal professionals would want to be involved with. My goal is to significantly streamline the demand letter and settlement process for both clients and lawyers, making the most efficient use of everyone’s time.

Is this a worthwhile endeavor in your opinion? I would greatly appreciate any feedback. I’m also hoping to build a large network of attorneys, as there are countless companies violating TCPA regulations with little to no apparent repercussions.
