U.S. IT Staffing Legal Advisor Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking to hire a U.S.-based attorney with proven experience advising U.S. IT staffing and recruiting companies on legal and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
Legal compliance for U.S. IT staffing and recruiting businesses
Reviewing and drafting client service agreements, vendor agreements, and staffing contracts
Employment law and contractor compliance (W-2, C2C, and 1099 engagements)
Multi-state legal compliance and business regulations
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements
Risk management and best practices for staffing firms
Ongoing legal guidance as our business grows
Important: We are only interested in U.S.-based attorneys who have real-world experience working with U.S. IT staffing or recruiting companies. Applicants must be able to demonstrate their prior experience by sharing relevant projects, references, or examples of similar legal work they have successfully handled for staffing firms.
