### Scope of Work

* Travel to the residential address that will be provided after the project is awarded.
* Verify that the building name, unit/flat number, or any other visible identifier matches the information I provide.
* Note and report any discrepancies observed during the visit.
* Take **10–15 clear, GPS-enabled, time-stamped photos**, including:

* The building exterior
* The main entrance
* The building name or address plate
* The flat/unit number (if visible)
* The buzzer/intercom directory (if applicable)
* Any other relevant identifying features
* Obtain the completed documents from the IA (I will provide the required documents in advance).
* If the IA refuses to provide the documents, obtain a **written and signed refusal/rejection**, if they are willing to provide one.
* Submit a brief verification note (one paragraph maximum) confirming whether the on-site building name or unit number matches the information provided, or clearly explaining any mismatch.

### Acceptance Criteria
