We’re seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 freelancer to **implement a complete SharePoint file system, Power BI dashboard, and Power Automate workflows** for our labour hire and mining operations company (PMPS).

What You’ll Do:
1. **Import a structured SharePoint folder system** (provided as JSON and Excel)
2. **Upload and rename files** using our reallocation map (Excel)
3. **Apply folder permissions** based on team roles (provided in Excel)
4. **Connect Power BI to a CSV and deploy a compliance dashboard**
5. **Import Power Automate flows** to:
* Send expiry alerts for worker inductions
* Escalate role approvals
* Trigger onboarding checklists
6. **Test alerts, flows, and build documentation**
