Scottish Contract Compliance Review

I need an experienced employment law professional to revisit a small batch of our current staff contracts—no more than five in total—and rewrite them where necessary so they meet all requirements of Scottish legislation. I will supply the existing templates we have been using; please work within that structure, refining language and adding or removing clauses only when the law or best-practice demands it.

The review must specifically cover:
• Terms and conditions
• Compensation and benefits provisions
• Termination clauses and notice periods

What I expect back is a clean, fully compliant contract for each employee, accompanied by a brief change log that highlights every amendment you have introduced and the statutory reference behind it. Once complete, a short high-level summary confirming overall compliance will help my internal team sign-off quickly.
