SaaS Information Systems Specialist Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for an ITGC specialist to enhance, automate and support SaaS applications according to the business needs. Work on information systems integration and preferably lead the IT governance activities.
Role and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand their requirements and effectively translate them into solutions while managing their needs related to applications and new functionalities.
• Map, improve, streamline, and automate processes across applications.
• Identify, evaluate, select, and implement technologies, by managing Projects E2E.
• Manage and communicate system changes.
• Serve as a gate keeper for the organization information systems.
• Support CyberProof’s users with their day-to-day work on the Information Systems with respect to permissions, reports, dashboards, data management and training.
• Document information systems configuration and administrative processes.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems.
• Manage external vendors to develop the business requirements.
• Preferably - IT governance & compliance:
o Lead audit activities, collect and supply evidence, as needed for ISO 27001, SOC2, Sox (ITGC) etc.
o Evaluate and develop Information Security standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in managing SaaS Information Systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate processes and IT tools to provide creative solutions.
• Ability to work as part of a global environment.
• Experience with managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
