STK-2 Filing for Company Strike Off

Project Title: Engagement for Strike Off of Private Limited Company (STK-2 Filing)
Project Overview:
We seek to engage a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) or Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the end-to-end strike off of BIDMASTERS Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. by filing Form STK-2 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Current Company Status:
- Company incorporated but no annual filings/compliances completed since incorporation
- DIN KYC completed once
- MCA status currently reflects Active Compliance
- No significant business operations carried out (declaration can be provided, if required)
Scope of Work:
- Review the company’s MCA records and confirm eligibility for strike off
- Advise on and complete any prerequisite compliances, if applicable
- Preparation and filing of Form STK-2
- Drafting of all required documents (Board Resolution, Affidavit, Indemnity Bond, Statement of Accounts, etc.)
- Coordination with MCA and providing end-to-end support until successful strike off
Expected Deliverables:
- Proper filing and submission of STK-2
- MCA acknowledgement and tracking
- Confirmation upon successful strike off of the company
- Clear guidance on statutory fees, penalties (if any), and timelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Practicing CS / CA / compliance professional
- Demonstrated experience in MCA strike-off assignments
- Ability to deliver within committed timelines
