SABIC Vendor Registration Consultant

I am midway through SABIC’s vendor onboarding and need an expert who has taken suppliers all the way to final approval with SABIC and its subsidiaries. My team already has the company profile, recent financial statements, and relevant quality certifications on hand, but we need help turning this material into a complete, submission-ready package and seeing it safely through SABIC’s portals and audits.

Your role will cover three clear fronts:
• Documentation preparation – review what we have, identify gaps, and generate any missing forms, declarations, or templates SABIC expects.
• Submission process guidance – walk us step-by-step through the online system, flag common pitfalls, and track each workflow stage until the status reads “Approved.”
• Compliance verification – double-check every document against SABIC’s latest standards, making sure nothing triggers a resubmission or corrective action request.

I am looking for someone who already knows SABIC’s registration criteria, terminology, and eSRM platform, not someone learning it for the first time. If you have successfully qualified other vendors, mention the most recent project and the turnaround time you achieved.

Deliverables are considered accepted once the SABIC portal confirms our qualification and provides the official vendor number.
