I have an existing employment agreement that needs a thorough legal once-over and, if necessary, a fresh draft that captures the same terms in clear, enforceable language. Your role will be to:

• Review the current contract line by line, flagging any compliance gaps or clauses that expose the company to unnecessary risk under relevant labour laws.
• Provide a concise memo summarising recommended changes and the rationale behind each suggestion.
• Produce a clean, fully updated version of the contract ready for signature.

I am specifically interested in business-focused agreements, so experience with employer-employee relationships, confidentiality provisions, non-competes and IP assignment is essential. Jurisdiction is common-law; please confirm familiarity with local statutes when you respond.

I will supply the existing contract immediately after award and would like the first round of feedback within three business days, followed by the revised draft two days after I confirm your comments.
