Resolve Google Merchant Suspension

Job ID: 40274375

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

My UAE-based perfume store, www.perfumehouse.ae, has just been hit with a “misrepresentation” suspension in Google Merchant Center. I don’t yet know whether the problem sits in our product descriptions, business details, or overall policy pages—I simply received the generic violation notice and every product is now disapproved.

Here is where I’m at:
• Trust signals already shown on the site include clear contact information and a published refund policy, but no customer reviews yet.
• The feed is live in GMC, though the account has never been linked to Google Ads.
• I urgently need three things in one streamlined engagement: pinpoint the exact trigger for the suspension, fix every compliance gap, and guide me through a winning appeal.

Scope of work
1. Perform a thorough audit of both the Merchant Center account and the live website—structure, policies, checkout flow, data feed, schema, and all trust elements.
2. Deliver a concise report outlining each violation or risk area flagged by Google policies (misrepresentation, returns & refunds, contact info, secure checkout, shipping clarity, or feed accuracy).
3. Implement or walk me through the fixes: policy page tweaks, business information updates, product data adjustments, feed re-submission, or added trust badges—whatever is required for full compliance.
4. Craft the appeal with me, submit it inside GMC, and remain available for any follow-up clarification that Google requests until the account is reinstated.

Acceptance criteria
• Google Merchant Center account back to “Active” status with all products approved.
• Written Before/After summary showing the specific issues corrected.

Please bid only if you have successfully overturned misrepresentation suspensions before; include one or two examples of prior reinstatements (store name redacted is fine) so I can verify your experience.
