The job is purely review-focused—no fresh drafting from scratch—so you’ll be working with the PDFs and Word files I provide. I’m especially concerned about local landlord-tenant regulations, fair-housing language, late-fee enforceability, and any state-specific disclosure requirements I might have missed.
Deliverables I expect
• A red-lined version of each lease showing every recommended edit
• A clean, final version ready for signature
• A short memo (bullet points are fine) explaining why each major change was made and citing the relevant statute or case law where possible
