Residential Electrical Load Upgrade
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I’m increasing the power demand in my home and need a licensed electrician to bring the entire system up to the new load requirements. The job covers a single-family residence and must comply with current Australian safety standards.
Scope of work
• Conduct a load assessment to confirm the new demand and select the correct mains size.
• Replace or upgrade the switchboard, breakers, RCDs, and main earthing to suit the calculated load.
• Supply and run any additional circuits required, neatly terminated and labelled.
• Provide an as-built circuit diagram and safety certificate on completion.
I’m looking for a detailed plan, clear timeline, and all materials included in your quote. Please outline previous similar projects and confirm you can issue the necessary compliance paperwork for my local distributor.
