Resident Director (Nominee Director) Required for Indian Company
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We are assisting a foreign client in incorporating a Private Limited Company in India and require a Resident Director to comply with statutory requirements under Indian law. This appointment is purely to help us meet the residency requirement under the Companies Act; you will hold no legal responsibilities and will not be involved in day-to-day operations, strategy, client work, or project oversight.
Scope of Role:
1. Act as Resident Director (as per Companies Act, 2013)
2. Provide consent and KYC documents for incorporation
3. Participate in basic compliance (minimal involvement expected)
4. No day-to-day operational role
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Indian resident (as per legal requirement)
• Valid PAN and Aadhaar
• A signed consent to act as Director (DIR-2) and basic KYC documents.
• Availability to provide your DIN and, once issued, a digital signature so our company secretary can file the routine ROC forms.
• A simple confirmation each year that your Indian residency status remains unchanged so we can renew the appointment.
