Renewable Startup Compliance Secretary
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m setting up a private limited company focused on renewable-energy solutions and I want one seasoned company secretary to steer everything from day one. Your brief is simple: be my single point of contact for incorporation, ongoing compliance and every relevant grant the Indian ecosystem offers young clean-tech ventures.
First, I’ll rely on you to draft and file all incorporation documents, obtain DIN & DSC, prepare the MoA/AoA, and secure the certificate of incorporation. Once the company is live, you will handle statutory registers, board-meeting minutes, ROC filings and any MCA correspondence without my having to chase multiple advisors.
On the compliance front, I need you to secure PAN, TAN and GST, register for EPF/ESIC where applicable, and put a labour-law calendar in place so nothing slips through the cracks. You should already be comfortable with India’s Companies Act, GST rules and payroll-related statutes.
Equally important is tapping every funding avenue we qualify for—Startup India recognition, MNRE or other renewable-energy incentives, state-level subsidies, CSR grants or incubator programs. I expect you to research, prepare and submit the applications, track them, and keep me updated on milestones.
Deliverables I will measure you against:
• Incorporation of the private limited company, complete and compliant
• GST, PAN, TAN, EPF/ESIC registrations confirmed
• Grant and subsidy applications filed with all supporting documents
• A 12-month compliance calendar handed over, with key deadlines highlighted
If you’ve shepherded similar clean-tech startups through incorporation, compliance and grant onboarding, let’s talk.
