Remote KYC/KYB Onboarding Assistant
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m looking for ongoing, part-time support as I open and maintain institutional accounts on several cryptocurrency exchanges. All communication will happen interchangeably in English and Spanish, so you’ll need to feel equally comfortable in both languages.
Your core focus is KYC/KYB compliance. Day-to-day you’ll be helping me collect and review corporate documents, schedule and conduct verification interviews with counterparties, and complete background checks so each application is submitted cleanly the first time. Whenever an exchange raises follow-up questions, you’ll liaise with their compliance desk, clarify requirements, and gather any additional paperwork until the account is approved.
What makes this role interesting is the variety of jurisdictions and the constantly evolving AML landscape. A solid track record handling KYC/KYB files—especially for crypto platforms—will allow you to anticipate red flags, spot inconsistencies, and suggest the best way to present our entity profile.
Deliverables for every exchange
• A fully validated document pack (IDs, corporate resolutions, proof of address, ownership charts) ready for upload
• Written summary of each verification interview, noting date, participants, and key answers
• Background-check report highlighting findings or confirming a clean result
• Confirmation email from the exchange that the account is activated
I’ll supply template checklists, brand assets, and direct access to compliance portals; you bring meticulous attention to detail, strong written replies in both languages, and proactive follow-through.
