I run a financial-services firm that must keep every statutory report error-free and on time. To make that happen, I need an experienced compliance professional who can own the entire regulatory-reporting lifecycle—from interpreting new rules through to submitting the final filing and maintaining the audit trail that backs it up.
Day-to-day, you will monitor rule changes, update our internal calendar, gather data from the business, draft or review each report, and submit it through the relevant online portals. You’ll also maintain the supporting controls: written procedures, evidence logs, version-controlled templates, and clear escalation paths for any exceptions you uncover. Familiarity with common GRC tools, Excel, and secure document-sharing platforms will make the workflow smooth.
Deliverables
• A living compliance calendar populated with all filing deadlines
• Draft and finalised regulatory reports, ready for executive sign-off and submission
• Evidence packs stored in an organised, searchable folder structure
• A short monthly summary highlighting filings completed, upcoming deadlines, and any emerging rule changes that may affect us
Each deliverable is considered complete once the filing is accepted by the regulator and the documentation is archived in line with our retention policy.
