Racehorse Syndication Expert Required
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
We are a South Australian thoroughbred racing stable looking for one experienced Australian specialist to handle an end-to-end racehorse syndication setup.
This is a one-and-done project. We want someone to get us properly set up so we can legally offer and sell micro shares in racehorses.
We need help with:
• advising on the best structure
• recommending whether we should operate as an Authorised Representative under an existing promoter or pursue our own AFSL/promoter pathway
• preparing and guiding the Racing SA application/setup process
• helping with the PDS and compliance process
• setting up a practical micro-share framework
• creating the key documents, templates, checklists, and workflow needed for future horse offers
By the end of the project, we want:
• the correct structure chosen
• all required setup completed or ready for lodgement
• the key compliance process in place
• a practical system we can use going forward when offering shares in horses
We are looking for someone with real Australian experience in:
• AFSL / authorised representative structures
• PDS and disclosure requirements
• compliance and regulatory setup
• managed investment / syndication compliance
• horse racing syndication or promoter compliance
Highly preferred:
• experience with Racing SA, Racing Victoria, Racing NSW, TTSC, Stable Connect, or similar
Please include in your proposal:
• your relevant experience
• whether you recommend the AR route or own AFSL/promoter structure
• what you would personally deliver
• what would still require separate legal/compliance sign-off
• your timeframe
• your fixed fee
We want someone practical who can actually get this set up properly, not just provide general advice.
