ROC Filing & Networth Certification

I’m looking for a practising Chartered Accountant who can take care of our routine company compliances and a couple of extra certificate needs in one coordinated assignment.

The immediate items on my desk are:
• ROC annual return filing – prepare and e-file the relevant forms (MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.) on the MCA portal and handle any follow-up queries until the filing is fully accepted.
• Sign and stamp the pending physical share certificates so our statutory register stays in order.
• Issue a CA-signed Net-worth Certificate; I will need the final, digitally signed PDF within one month of awarding the project so it can be shared with our banker.
• Carry out a concise compliance audit to flag any gaps in our statutory records and suggest quick fixes.

I’ll provide you with last year’s financials, digital signatures, and MCA login as soon as we start. Accuracy and timely delivery are more important to me than a rock-bottom fee, so please respond only if you regularly handle ROC work and can commit to the one-month window for the certificate.
