I am looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to handle compliance for my Private Limited Company registered in India.

Scope of Work:

1. ROC Filings with

- AOC-4 (Financial Statements)
- MGT-7 / MGT-7A (Annual Return)

2. Income Tax Return filing with

- Company ITR (including NIL return if applicable)

3. Compliance Check

- Ensure all statutory filings are completed
- Advise if audit is applicable or not
