PropertyMe Compliance/Jobs Data Entry

YOU MUST HAVE PROPERTYME EXPERIENCE.
Our PropertyMe portfolio needs tidying so every property shows up-to-date compliance information. All smoke-alarm and pool-safety certificates must be keyed into the correct fields, dates verified, and supporting documents attached. At the same time I want outstanding work orders reviewed, merged where duplicated, closed when completed, and generally cleaned up so the dashboard reflects reality.
To do this properly you will work directly inside our live PropertyMe file. Please be comfortable navigating the Compliance tab, uploading documents, and cross-checking due dates against the provider reports I will supply. For work orders you’ll open each job, confirm status with the notes or invoice, then update or archive as needed.
Deliverables
• Every tenancy shows current Smoke Alarm and Pool Compliance dates and PDFs.
• Compliance reminders trigger correctly in PropertyMe.
• Work-order list is cleared of duplicates and outdated jobs.
• A brief handover note summarises what was changed and any items that still need my approval.
Accuracy matters more than speed; a careful, methodical approach is essential. Access credentials and a short Loom walkthrough are ready to go as soon as we agree on timing.
