Professional Electrical Analysis & Compliance Letter

We are an electrical contractor specializing in residential new construction. Recently, we faced serious allegations from an HVAC contractor who informed our builder partner that our home wiring poses a fire hazard and liability risk. This is a project with 150+ units with more than 50% of the units built out. Understandably, this has raised concerns among all parties involved. We are seeking a letter that explains the specifications and meaning of the electrical data, specific to this Lennox AC unit model ML17XP1-036, as indicated on the manufacturer's nameplate. Additionally, we would appreciate an understandable explanation, referencing code, regarding the MCA and MOP values for a hermetic heat pump condenser, that is found in the Lennox model in question, clarifying that the MOP (breaker in the panel) is not intended for overcurrent protection of the condenser but rather to accommodate the RLA. The AC unit is equipped with its own built-in overcurrent protection to safeguard both itself and the wiring, which will aid in our unfortunate need to defend ourselves against these claims. This is a fairly short and straight forward code explanation that I have presented to our builder partner but for liability reasons they want a professional EE letter. Again, that is understandable. We would preferred to have a letter from a firm that can easily be verified by a simple search on google.
