I have already drafted the core documents for incorporating a Private Limited Company and now need a specialist who works on the MCA portal every day to make sure everything is spotless before we hit “submit.” The scope is simple but critical: review every incorporation‐related form and attachment (SPICe+ Part A & B, INC-9, MOA, AOA, AGILE-PRO S, PAN/TAN application, director declarations, etc.), flag any compliance gaps, fine-tune wording where necessary, and then complete the actual online filing so the CIN is issued without resubmission.
You’ll cross-check name availability, authorised capital details, registered-office proof, digital signatures, stamp-duty calculations—everything the RoC typically questions—then upload the revised set through the MCA portal. If minor amendments are required mid-process, I expect quick turnarounds so we still meet my launch timeline.
Deliverable is straightforward:
• MCA portal acknowledgment and final Certificate of Incorporation (CIN) issued to my email.
