I need a reliable professional on the ground in Lusaka who can run full pre-employment checks for several prospective hires. Each candidate must be cleared locally and, where relevant, through national databases so I can make a confident hiring decision from abroad.

The typical file I expect back for every applicant includes:
• Verified proof of identity (passport or NRC)
• Confirmation of any criminal record, or written proof that none exists
• At least two reference calls summarised in writing, with contact details and dates reached

Please carry out the work in line with Zambian regulations and provide scanned documentation plus a concise report for each person. I can supply consent forms and candidate details immediately after contract award.
