3-Phase Sub Panel Wiring

I need assistance repurposing a 3-phase #2 circuit from a roof package unit to a small 3-phase sub panel that will feed two smaller HVAC systems.

Requirements:
- Sub panel to be fed by existing 3-phase circuit
- Must be configured in wye
- Systems operate at 208V
