Operations & Logistics Center SOPs
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am setting up an Operations Control Center SOPs and I need complete, ready-to-implement SOPs for BOTH of my core departments—Operations and Logistics Services—developed in parallel.
What I expect:
• A single, cohesive SOP manual per department that clearly maps every process, role, escalation path and KPI.
• Operations must emphasise monitoring and control procedures for live transport activity.
• Logistics Services should dovetail with the Operations workflows so hand-offs are seamless.
• Supporting documents—checklists, flowcharts, RACI or swim-lane diagrams—delivered in editable formats (Word, Excel, Visio or similar).
You should draw on proven experience creating control-centre procedures, preferably in transport, aviation, rail or similar 24/7 environments within the GCC. When you respond, focus on that experience and briefly outline how you would structure and validate the SOPs against local regulations and best practice.
I will provide existing policy references, facility layouts and any data you may need once we kick off. Draft review milestones can be agreed together so we finish with a practical, audit-ready set of SOPs that operations staff can pick up and follow on day one.
