Online Reputation Management Specialist (Policy and Legal Removals)
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
We operate a professional reputation management agency focused on policy-based and legal content removals across major review and social platforms.
We are hiring a specialist to assist with identifying and processing negative content that violates platform policies, intellectual property rules, or legal standards.
This role is not about fake reviews, spam, or manipulation. It is about structured compliance, evidence gathering, and correct escalation through official reporting channels.
Platforms you will work with include:
• Google Business Profiles (text-only reviews included)
• Yelp
• Facebook Pages
• TripAdvisor
• Booking.com
• Trustpilot
• Glassdoor
• Reddit and forum platforms
Core Responsibilities
• Analyze negative reviews and posts for policy violations
• Identify applicable removal grounds such as:
• Platform policy violations
• Copyright and intellectual property issues (DMCA-related where applicable)
• Defamation and false factual claims
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Conflict of interest and ineligible reviewer activity
• Harassment, abuse, or coordinated attacks
• Prepare evidence and documentation
• Submit reports through official platform tools and escalation paths
• Track submissions and outcomes in shared spreadsheets
• Follow strict SOPs and documentation standards
Google-specific work includes:
• Handling text-only Google reviews
• Identifying policy, impersonation, or content violations
• Supporting copyright-based analysis when applicable
Requirements
• Experience working with at least one review or content platform
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to read and apply platform policies accurately
• Comfortable handling repetitive, structured workflows
• English reading comprehension is important
Preferred but not required
• Familiarity with DMCA concepts and copyright enforcement
• Experience with Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor, or Booking.com moderation
• Background in compliance, moderation, or reputation management
