I need a seasoned compliance partner to guide my company through first-time certification for several standards in one coordinated project: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20000-1 (IT Service Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) and the Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC). The driving force is a key client that now requires formal proof of robust quality and security practices, so timelines and accuracy are critical.
Because we have never been audited before, I’ll rely on you to build each management system from the ground up, align them where possible to avoid duplicate effort, and coach my team so we can sustain the practices long after the external audit. You will:
• Map our current processes, identify gaps against each standard and propose a practical, integrated implementation plan.
• Draft and refine all mandatory policies, procedures, risk registers and records.
• Deliver focused training for staff and management, ensuring audit-ready understanding of roles and evidence requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, management reviews and corrective actions, then coordinate with the chosen certification body until we receive the official certificates for all five scopes.
I work best with clear milestones (documentation completed, internal audit passed, stage-1 audit cleared, final certification) and transparent progress reporting. Familiarity with ISO-aligned toolsets, risk assessment software and modern cybersecurity frameworks will help streamline the engagement.
