OTHM Onboarding Compliance Consultant

I’m setting up a new training academy that will deliver Ofqual-recognised courses both online and in a traditional classroom. To secure centre approval, OTHM has sent me several compliance and quality assurance documents that must be completed, plus a list of policies and procedures that need to be in place before teaching can begin.

My immediate priority is quality assurance guidance: I need a specialist who can walk me through each requirement, spot any gaps in our current practices, and suggest practical fixes that meet OTHM’s standards. Clear, actionable feedback on the documents I’ve drafted so far is essential because I have been asked to return everything as soon as possible.

Key tasks
• Review OTHM application forms, self-assessment templates, and policy checklists I’ve already received
• Highlight missing evidence or non-compliant sections and recommend simple, centre-friendly solutions
• Help me structure (or refine) core policies—e.g., assessment, learner support, appeals—in line with Ofqual expectations
• Provide a concise action plan so I can implement any changes quickly and resubmit without delay
