Non-profit Whistleblower Policy Development
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking an expert in procedural and policy production for non-profits to produce a whistleblower policy for our organization.
The primary concern is to prevent retaliation against whistleblowers, encouraging an environment that allows for safe reporting of misconduct.
The policy should cover the following departments:
- Finance and Accounting
- Human Resources
- Fundraising and Development
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Policy creation within a non-profit setting
- A good understanding of whistleblower policy development specifically
- Comprehensive knowledge of the above-listed departments/functions to produce a relevant and useful policy.
We already have a shell for a simple basic whistleblower document but we are looking to name someone to act as an independent compliance officer so we are compliant with nonprofit rules. We are an extremely small nonprofit so looking for someone freelance to cover this area. We want a policy so we can add it to our Charity Navigator profile. I look forward to your proposal.
Thank you.
