Budget: £50 – £80 GBP
I need a compliant UK-resident to be recorded as the sole nominee shareholder of my limited company for a period exceeding one year. Your name will appear on the public register at Companies House while the real ownership, voting rights, and economic benefit remain entirely with me under a signed Declaration of Trust.
Key expectations
• Supply verifiable KYC documents (passport and recent proof of address) so the company can meet AML requirements.
• Sign the declaration of trust and any Companies House forms that relate strictly to the shareholding.
• Remain responsive to occasional confirmation statements or filings during the term.
• Transfer the shares back immediately upon my written request at the end of the engagement, at no extra cost.

2. Certified copies of your ID and address proof.
3. Confirmation that you have been listed at Companies House as the shareholder.
4. Written undertaking to act for a minimum of 12 months and to return shares on demand.
