NDIS Policy and Procedure Update

I need a specialist who truly understands the NDIS Practice Standards to overhaul our current policies, procedures and all supporting documentation so that every page stands up to a scheduled compliance audit. Much of the material already exists; your task is to review it line-by-line, align it with the latest NDIS requirements, and build any missing modules we will be assessed on during the upcoming verification.
Key deliverables
• Updated policies, procedures and ancillary documents, each cross-referenced to the relevant NDIS Practice Standard
• New audit-ready modules where gaps are identified
• A brief change log so we can track what was amended and why
I will supply the current documentation set in Word; please return the revised files in the same format, clearly version-controlled.
