NABH Compliance Audit Support

I need an experienced NABH-trained Quality Manager to come in, run a full internal audit, and tell me exactly where we stand against every NABH standard. The engagement is firmly focused on audit and assessment for compliance verification—this is not a training or policy-drafting exercise, and I am not aiming for a fresh certification drive right now.

You will plan and execute the audit, review documentation, observe on-ground practices, interview staff where required, and then deliver a clear, evidence-backed compliance report. I expect the final output to highlight each non-conformance, explain its impact, and lay out practical corrective actions with recommended timelines. A concise executive summary for leadership is also part of the deliverable.
