• Loan application processing: verify documents, collect any outstanding information and ensure every file is audit-ready before it moves forward.
• Loan approval and disbursement: collaborate with underwriters, clear conditions swiftly and coordinate the final payout so customers receive their funds on schedule.
You’ll be measured on turnaround time, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Daily status updates and clean digital files are a must; beyond that, I’m flexible on the workflow you prefer as long as it delivers results. If you’ve successfully closed a variety of loan types before and can jump straight in without hand-holding, I’d love to hear how you’ll add value to the process.
