I need a dependable partner on the ground in Minsk, Belarus to run a thorough pre-employment screen on one candidate. The scope is focused and clear:
• Background check: independently confirm the authenticity of the candidate’s highest qualification—a Master’s degree or higher. This means contacting the issuing university, securing written confirmation of the award, graduation date and any distinctions, and capturing proof of that exchange.
• Employment verification: reach out to the candidate’s most recent employers to verify job title, start/end dates and, where available, reason for leaving.
I will provide the candidate’s consent form, résumé and contact details for each institution. You must work discreetly, use Belarusian or Russian when needed, and document every step.
Deliverables
1. A concise English report summarising findings, noting any discrepancies.
2. Copies or screenshots of primary-source confirmations (emails, stamped letters, registrar responses).
3. Contact details of every person or office that supplied information.
Acceptance criteria
• Each education and employment claim cross-checked with at least one primary source.
• All discrepancies highlighted clearly.
• Final report delivered within five business days of receiving the candidate file.
Experience in HR, compliance or investigative research within Belarus is strongly preferred.
