Mid-Level Compliance Officer for B2B Payments

I'm in need of a mid-level compliance officer with a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, as well as experience in the B2B payments sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage AML and KYC compliance programs.
- Ensure all operations are in line with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide expertise in the B2B payments platform we operate.
- Conduct routine risk assessments and audits.
- Knowledge of North American regulatory guidelines required. Global compliance is a nice to have.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B payments setting.
- Strong understanding of AML and KYC regulations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and reporting abilities.
