We are building FutureFunding, a next-generation proprietary trading and evaluation platform based in India.
Our model focuses on skill-based trader evaluations — with no public fund solicitation or portfolio management involved.
We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant or Legal Firm to review and guide our compliance framework to ensure that FutureFunding operates fully within Indian regulatory laws (SEBI, RBI, and IT frameworks).
Scope of Work:
Review the FutureFunding business and operational model.
Identify and mitigate any legal or SEBI compliance risks.
Draft and refine Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Legal Disclaimer for public launch.
Advise on suitable business structure (Private Limited) based on legal exposure and scalability.
Provide recommendations for ongoing compliance as the platform scales.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in SEBI, RBI, and financial law compliance (mandatory).
Prior experience with fintech startups, prop trading firms, or investment tech platforms.
Strong knowledge of Indian financial, IT, and online business laws.
Ability to deliver clear, actionable legal guidance and draft compliant documentation.
Must be able to communicate findings in practical terms for implementation.

Legal Compliance Report (detailing any gaps and solutions).
Updated Legal Documentation Package (Terms, Privacy, Disclaimers).
Business structure and compliance roadmap.
