order form (for the project specific commercial terms) (timeline, price, scope of work), this is meant to be filled by the designer in each proejct differently;
general terms and conditions for the legal aspects, this is not meant to be negotiated individually, unless a client of the designer insists on changing a term
the website is meant as a marketing tool. there will be a contact form with first name, last name and email address collected from the prospect who wishes to contact the designer. no other data will be collected.
cookie policy: the designer might use cookies on the website, not sure yet. that is why we need a template that the designer can fill in.
I prepared the draft documents, and we need an English law reviewer. The scope of the English law review can be limited to mandatory English law, one round of review. Drafting is not expected from you. The clients of the designer will be consumers in the beginning. Therefore, it is important that the documents are compliant with consumer protection laws.
