I am a Europe-based founder preparing to launch a U.S. LLC that will deliver cybersecurity services to American clients. Clear timelines and a compliance calendar that work for a non-resident owner are essential.
On the legal side, I need contract architecture that matches the realities of penetration testing, incident response and managed security services. That means tight Rules of Engagement, detailed Statements of Work, an MSA, NDAs and any other service agreements my clients will expect. Guidance on export-control language, data-privacy clauses and general tech-sector compliance will also be valuable.
