LLC Formation and Online Compliance Specialist Needed

Legal & Compliance Expert Needed for LLC Setup (New York) and Online Platform Guidance*

I'm looking for a qualified legal or business professional to help me set up a New York-based LLC and ensure full legal compliance for an upcoming online service platform (1-on-1 paid video chat concept for social/cultural interaction).

This is a one-time project, but may lead to ongoing consultation as the business grows.

- Assist with forming an LLC in New York (including EIN and operating agreement)
- Advise on business address solutions
- Draft or review Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers
- Ensure compliance with relevant U.S. laws (internet business, adult-safe, international users)
- Advise on PCI compliance (payments), GDPR (if needed), and general platform liability
Recommend banks for remote online business banking.

Requirements:
- Experience with U.S. small business formation (preferably New York)
- Legal understanding of online/digital service businesses
- Fluent English
- Bonus: experience with platforms involving user payments or user-generated content
