Junior Counsel (lawyer) wanted to supervise a legal Intern (short task)

I’m looking for a junior legal counsel who can supervise a law-school intern assigned to our team. Your main responsibility will be to guide the intern through a structured document-review process that focuses specifically on compliance documents.

What I need from you:
• Set clear daily goals for the intern, explaining review techniques and common compliance red flags.
• Monitor progress, answer legal questions, and provide quick feedback on each batch of reviewed documents.
• Spot-check the intern’s work to ensure accuracy and completeness, flagging any issues that require escalation.
• Compile a brief weekly summary of key findings, potential risks, and recommended next steps.

Experience with regulatory compliance, contract and policy interpretation, and mentoring or team leadership will make you a strong fit. Comfortable communication—whether by annotated comments, quick check-in calls, or shared online workspaces—is essential, as is a proactive attitude toward quality control.
