International LLC Nominee Director

I am expanding my business abroad and need an experienced nominee director who can formally represent my new LLC in the UK. Your role will be threefold: serve as the official director on record, sign statutory and operational documents whenever required, and keep the core company registers up to date so that the entity remains fully compliant in its jurisdiction.

You should already be comfortable acting in a fiduciary capacity for international clients, understand the filing schedules and corporate governance standards expected of an LLC, and be ready to appear on public records. Familiarity with common tools such as DocuSign or similar for swift document execution will be helpful.

Deliverables will include:
• Appointment acceptance and KYC paperwork
• Timely signature of incorporation and ongoing compliance documents
• A secure, well-maintained digital register of directors, members, and minutes
