My industrial plant requires a thorough fire-safety risk assessment that meets current national codes and the realities of a live production environment. The scope centres on identifying ignition sources, evaluating existing controls, analysing evacuation routes, and quantifying residual risk so that we can prioritise cost-effective improvements.

A site walkthrough (virtual or in-person), interviews with key staff, and a review of floor plans, equipment layouts, and storage practices will be needed. I can supply drawings in PDF/DWG, past inspection reports, and any permits already on file.

Please structure the final package as:

• Detailed risk matrix with likelihood/severity scores for each identified hazard
• Annotated floor plan showing high-risk zones and recommended egress improvements
• Compliance gap analysis referencing the applicable NFPA, OSHA, or local standards you normally use
• Actionable recommendations ranked by urgency, budget impact, and ease of implementation
