Job ID: 40053699

Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR

India Setup PM (Jaipur) – Done-for-You Pvt Ltd + Bank/FDI Coordination + HR/Payroll Setup (NL BV 90% / Indian Co 10%)

Need to be verbally fluent in English

Summary
We are incorporating a Private Limited company in Jaipur (Rajasthan). Shareholding at start is via two corporate shareholders:
• 90% our Netherlands BV (foreign corporate shareholder)
• 10% the Indian director’s Indian company

This is a lean startup setup (initial capital kept minimal). We will appoint/pay a CA/CS, a payroll/statutory compliance vendor, and an employment-law reviewer separately.

We need a hands-on Setup Project Manager who takes full ownership and drives everything end-to-end. Founder time is limited; we will only be available for signatures/KYC/approvals, pre-scheduled and bundled.

Detailed scope
A detailed scope document is attached. Your proposal must confirm you can deliver all milestones in that document.

What you will do (ownership / done-for-you)
• Run the full plan (8–12 weeks): timeline, dependencies, vendor chasing, weekly updates.
• Coordinate CA/CS incorporation to completion (submitted → incorporated).
• Manage both corporate shareholder packs (NL BV + Indian company): prepare documents, arrange any required notarisation/apostille appointments (we attend only to sign).
• Coordinate bank onboarding and the foreign shareholder workflow (CA/CS files where required).
• Deliver hiring readiness: HR templates/policies (post legal review) + payroll configured + onboarding/offboarding playbooks.

Definition of Done
• Company incorporated + bank account live
• Final HR pack + payroll readiness
• Hiring-ready: we can issue offers and onboard employees immediately
• Complete evidence/handover folder + next-90-days compliance calendar

Screening questions (mandatory)
1. How do you minimise founder time in an India setup?
2. How do you coordinate notarisation/apostille for a foreign corporate shareholder pack (we only attend to sign)?
3. What must be ready before issuing the first employment offer in India?
Engagement

Part-time (6–12 hrs/week). Pay by the hour

Anti-noise rule
Proposals without proof of similar setups (or a redacted tracker/status report) will be rejected.
