CS- Indian Trade License Assistance
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m setting up a new venture and need a Company Secretary / compliance specialist to steer the entire approval process for a General Trade License in India. Alongside the licence itself, I also want to obtain the mandatory Shop and Establishment Registration so that the business is fully compliant from day one.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Preparing and vetting every required form, affidavit and resolution
• Filing the applications through the relevant municipal and state portals
• Liaising with officers until approvals are granted
• Handing over the digital certificates—as well as guidance on how to receive the physical originals—and a simple renewal calendar
Deliverables:
- Approved General Trade License certificate (PDF copy plus dispatch details for the hard copy)
- Shop & Establishment Registration certificate
- Complete set of filed forms and acknowledgements
- One-page compliance timetable covering renewal dates and routine filings
