ISO 17025 Accreditation Assistance

I’m starting with a blank slate and want to take my testing laboratory all the way to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation. I need an expert who can own the entire compliance journey—from the first gap analysis right through to the internal audit that proves we’re ready for the external assessment.
Scope of work
• Conduct a thorough gap analysis against every clause of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Develop and deliver all mandatory documentation: quality manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, risk-based thinking records, and impartiality safeguards.
• Build both the management- and technical-requirement elements of the quality management system, including method validation, equipment calibration records, proficiency testing plans, and competence matrices.
• Train my team on using the new system, then run a full internal audit and management review to verify effectiveness and close findings.
Acceptance criteria
– Clear gap-analysis report with prioritised action list.
– Complete document set provided in editable format.
– Evidence records demonstrating implementation (sample completed forms, calibration logs, etc.).
– Internal audit report showing zero unresolved non-conformities.
