Home Health Credentialing & Compliance
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run a home-health agency that is ready to expand but I need an experienced hand to keep our paperwork flawless and our license spotless. The immediate help I’m looking for centers on two fronts:
• Insurance credentialing – I want to be successfully enrolled with Medicaid and its Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). You’ll handle the entire lifecycle: gathering paperwork, populating CAQH or state portals, tracking application status, responding to payor requests, and confirming that our approval letters reach us.
• State & federal regulations – My policies, procedures, and clinical operations must meet every rule that CMS and my state’s health department impose. I need you to review what I already have, flag gaps, and draft any missing SOPs so surveyors never find a weak spot.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
1. Completed and submitted enrollment packets for Medicaid and each targeted MCO, with confirmation numbers or tracking IDs.
2. A concise compliance checklist mapping every applicable state and federal requirement to the corresponding policy or documentation.
3. Revised or newly written policies/procedures returned in editable formats.
4. A short compliance calendar so I always know when re-validation or reporting deadlines are coming up.
If you regularly use credentialing tools such as PECOS, CAQH, or state-specific web portals, and you stay current on CMS Conditions of Participation, we’ll be on the same wavelength. Turnaround time and clear communication are just as important to me as technical knowledge; please outline your estimated timeline and any similar projects you’ve completed when you reply.
