Home Health Admin & Case Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a licensed home-health agency in Texas and need two key professionals to step in right away.
Administrator scope
Your primary mission is regulatory compliance. I need you to keep our policies current with Texas HHSC and CMS rules, prepare for surveys, audit clinical and billing files, and guide the team so every process lines up with state and federal standards. Proven experience in a similar administrator role and strong leadership are non-negotiable; I rely on you to take charge and keep the agency inspection-ready at all times.
Case-manager scope
You will be the communication hub between physicians, therapists, field nurses, and our office staff. That means securing signatures quickly, clarifying orders, relaying updates, and documenting every interaction so our electronic medical record always reflects real-time information.
Key deliverables
• Administrator – 30-day compliance audit, updated policy manual, and an ongoing monitoring calendar.
• Case Manager – Weekly provider-communication log template plus daily status updates entered in the EMR.
Acceptance criteria
The compliance audit must pass my internal review, the policy manual must mirror current CMS and Texas regulations, and the communication logs must show timely provider contact for at least 95 % of active patients.
If you can walk in and make this happen, let’s get started.
