Insurance Credentialing Support - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I need a credentialing specialist who can take my home-care HMO applications from start to finish.
I already have others I've completed so the new ones will mostly use the same information. I am just too busy to do. That means drafting every required form, compiling attachments, submitting the packets to each plan, then tracking and resolving all follow-ups until we receive confirmation that our agency is in-network and fully compliant.
WISCONSIN, USA
United Health Care
iCare
My Choice/Molina
iLife
Humana
MHS
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A complete, audit-ready credentialing packet for each payer
• Proof of submission with tracking details and contact logs
• Written responses or approval letters from the plans
• A final compliance checklist confirming nothing is outstanding
You’ll be handling document preparation, submission and follow-up, plus verification and compliance, so proven experience with home-care or HMO panels—and the portals and CAQH profiles that come with them—is essential. If you already have established contacts inside major Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance networks, even better; please note that in your proposal.
Let me know your timeline and any concise questions you have, and we’ll get started right away.
