Healthcare Work History Validation, Cape Town
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
I need thorough pre-vetting on a batch of healthcare candidates based in Cape Town so I can move them to the final interview stage with confidence. The assignment is strictly work-history focused: please speak with former employers or HR departments, pull official records where available, and confirm two points for every tenure each candidate lists—(1) the exact job title and core responsibilities they held, and (2) precise start- and end-dates.
All candidates are from the healthcare sector, so you will mainly be contacting hospitals, private practices, clinics, and allied-health service providers. Discretion and compliance with POPIA are non-negotiable.
Deliverables for each candidate
• A concise verification report (PDF) summarising every position checked, your source, the confirmation received, and any discrepancies
• Contact log with dates, names, and numbers/email addresses reached
• Red-flag alert if titles or dates vary from the CV by more than 30 days or any duties are materially misrepresented
