Healthcare Compliance & Operations Consultant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
My healthcare company is scaling quickly and I need an experienced consultant who can keep our financial and legal compliance spotless while streamlining day-to-day operations.
Compliance scope
• Review current policies, records and workflows to ensure full alignment with all applicable healthcare financial regulations and legal obligations (HIPAA, SOX where relevant, state and federal statutes).
• Design or update internal controls, audit checklists and reporting templates so that every quarter can close without last-minute surprises.
• Provide practical guidance on risk mitigation and documentation requirements that will stand up to external audits.
Operational support
• Map existing processes end-to-end, identify bottlenecks, then implement measurable improvements—lean, Six Sigma or similar methods are welcome as long as the gains are clear.
• Build a lightweight resource-management framework so staffing levels, vendor usage and inventory stay in sync with patient volumes.
• Create and run targeted training sessions (virtual is fine) to embed new SOPs across finance, admin and clinical teams; leave me with slide decks and quick-reference guides we can reuse.
Deliverables I expect
1. Gap-analysis report covering financial and legal compliance.
2. Prioritized action plan with timelines, owners and metrics.
3. Updated SOPs, control checklists and training materials in editable format.
4. A short hand-off workshop to walk my leadership team through new processes and answer final questions.
I run on Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks but I’m open to any additional tools you recommend—just outline licensing or setup requirements in advance.
